For reps

Rep standards.

Senvoya works because businesses trust the person who shows up. These standards are what every rep agrees to — and what keeps the engagements worth your time.

Before your first engagement

  • Background check. Every rep completes a third-party background check before being listed.
  • 1:1 interview. A real conversation with our team — about your experience, your communication style, and the kinds of occasions that fit you.
  • Profile review. Your work history and industry backgrounds are reviewed so businesses see an accurate picture of who you are.

On every engagement

Show up prepared

Review the client's brief before arrival and confirm you've done so in the app. If anything in the brief is unclear, ask before the day — not on it.

Show up on time

Arrive at the agreed time, dressed to the agreed standard. If something genuinely prevents you from attending, notify us as early as possible so a replacement can be arranged.

Represent, don't improvise

You're carrying someone's brand. Stay within the brief, never make commitments on the client's behalf beyond what they've authorized, and route anything unexpected back to the client.

Deliver the debrief

Every engagement ends with a written debrief: what happened, who you met, contacts collected, and what's worth following up on. Submitted the same day the engagement ends.

Ratings and standing

Clients rate every engagement. Your rating is visible on your profile and earns you access to better engagements over time. Reps who fall below our quality bar — repeated lateness, missed debriefs, or poor client feedback — are removed from the platform.

Cancellations within 48 hours of an engagement, except for genuine emergencies, affect your standing.

Confidentiality

What you learn on an engagement stays with the client. Many engagements involve unreleased products or private business context; some clients will ask you to sign an NDA as part of the brief. Treat every engagement as confidential by default.
